Helpful Fall Tips!
Have your furnace professionally serviced, also change filters often.
Clear gutters of debris
Remove hose from water bib- front and back yard.
If you garden, the fallen leaves make a great mulch.
Before the first freeze, turn off sprinklers and drain water from lines.
Remember to Fall backwards 1 hour on November 2nd. (this is also a great time to replace batteries in smoke alarms)
